Hand held proofing device "PrintView" is designed to apply ink to any material separately from the printing press.
"PrintView" allows you to almost instantly receive proofs and pick the color inks that are the same as when printing on flexographic printing press. This can determine:

Depending on the set and the type of anilox rollers at work, the customer can pick up a set of anilox rollers "PrintView" and thus to obtain reprints of all possible variations.
"PrintView" is a high quality machine, consisting of polished stainless steel frame that supports anilox roller and rubber printing roller.
As in the flexographic printing press, anilox roller engraving matches the one at the printing section, thus providing an accurate and continuous ink transfer on a rubber roller.
Anilox roller screen-count is selected in accordance with the characteristics of the rolls installed in the print section (screen-count, cell volume, ink). The rubber roller is selected in accordance with the hardness used print forms and ink type.
Application
The usage of the device "PrintView" is simple: the instrument is set so that the rubber roller in contact with the material (paper, cardboard, film, foil, etc.) and small (2 - 4 drops) of ink is placed between the contact zone of rubber and anilox rollers. The device is rolled on a material with a rubber roller, which prints the image,and get a colorful print of a certain color width of 60 mm.
Cleaning
Easy cleaning process or a change rollers: simply rotate the two mounting screws, brackets slide the frame and remove the rollers. Roller washed with the cleaning solution to remove the paint from rubber and anilox rollers.
