Detonation spraying - one of the varieties of gas thermal coating processes, based on the principle of "shooting" sprayed powder on an article by directed blasts of air-fuel mixture of gases. Half-melted particles strike the surface and freezes, forming a solid coating.
With our plasma system Ceram-3000 (own development and production) features:
• Coatings with various properties (durable /wears out frictional / sliding, resistant to heat, corrosion, corrosiveenvironments, etc.) for products of different shapes;
• Restore worn parts to the products or coatings (for example - roll necks, sleeves, fingers, etc.);
• Use for the application of various materials: metals, their alloys, oxides, corundum, carbides etc.
Obtaining coatings with the desired properties;
• Coating products from a variety of materials,including heat-resistant treatment furnace;
• Sprayed coating on the entire surface of parts or sections;
Due to the high energy "shots" and thecorrect selection of materials we receive is very high (95-255MPa) the strength of adhesion to the base, high density (95-98%, almost like a sintered material) and low (0,5-1%) porosity.
